Pool was permanently closed for YEARS, the staff was very accepting to take my money but the quality of the room was POOR. The most I’ll say is if you’re comfortable with having roaches coming around at random times and having to worry if whether or not your room was throughly clean this may/may not be the best place to reserve your stay. The breakfast wasn’t even out long enough for guests in the morning & it was not enough options.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the guestroom sofas were terrible, nasty ugly we could not even use them because of how filthy they were. They should have been replaced a long time ago. I took pictures of them, and in the pictures, it looks even worse.

OMG this place is disgusting!!! People passed out sleeping in the hallway, blood and urine stains on bedsheets (I have pics to prove), smells horrible…My kids almost threw up looking at condition of bathroom!Description of place is not accurate at all!!! Walked out and demanded refund!

Disgusting room roaches and bed bugs and stains all over the floor beds were really bad and dirty. Even towels in restroom had roaches crawling all over overall this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever been in.

When I first visited the staff was polite and the property was nice. Came back a month later and there a new lady that was rude and the property is infested with roaches. They didn’t know the benefits of being a diamond member so when I asked about the free room upgrade they wanted to think they could get more money out of me even when corporate explained the benefits. Housekeeping barely wants to clean and change the sheets. Id rather pay my money elsewhere instead of paying and my money going to rude employee checks.
